Inizio Engage Nordic is partnering with Sandoz to find a Regional Access Manager (RAM) in their Bio and Specialty Business Unit in Finland until the end of 2026.

In this role, you will drive product uptake across the multilayered healthcare value chain, benefiting patients, customers, and the business. You will collaborate with a high-performing team in Finland and across the Nordics.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales, promotion and development of the product portfolio in your designated region
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
• Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions
• Lead strategic planning and provide input on account potential and key programs
• Stay informed on national and regional healthcare access dynamics
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence
• Organize customer events and programs in collaboration with marketing and medical teams
• Map stakeholders, segment and profile accounts, and maintain accurate CRM data
• Sales territory: Pirkanmaa, Kanta-Häme, Päijät-Häme, possibly satellite district in Northern Finland
Requirements for succeeding in the role
• Established relationships within immunology and pediatric endocrinology
• Familiarity with sales, tender, and access processes
• Strong business mindset and understanding of healthcare system frameworks
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of pharmacy substitution for biological medicines
• Ability to tailor customer-specific channel strategies
• Driving licence and own car
What You’ll Bring to Our Collaborative Sandoz Team
• Proven experience (around 5 years) in the pharmaceutical or biosimilar field, with a strong understanding of the Finnish healthcare environment
• Existing relationships with healthcare professionals and the ability to build trust and influence prescribing decisions
• Native-level Finnish and fluent English communication skills
• Agile mindset and readiness to adjust to quick changes in the market or company priorities
• Integrity and professionalism in everything you do
• Team-oriented approach
• You thrive in collaboration, whether face-to-face or online
• Strong communication, networking, and listening skills that help you connect with doctors, pharmacists, and colleagues
