Account Manager for Cardiovascular, Northern Finland

In this field-based role, you will engage with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support patient care by representing Amgen’s innovative medicines. You will be responsible for driving appropriate product adoption, managing your territory holistically, and building long-term, trust-based relationships with primary care and hospital clinics and customers across Northern Finland.
You will deliver high-quality disease education and insight-driven engagement, working closely with multidisciplinary teams as a trusted partner in patient care. The role requires effective use of digital tools, including CRM system, digital platforms, MS Office, and emerging AI-enabled solutions, to support customer engagement and data-driven decision-making. All activities are conducted in full compliance with Amgen’s policies, business conduct standards, and applicable regulations.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Drive the performance of Amgen’s cardiovascular portfolio in Northern Finland, consistently exceeding territory targets.
- Develop and execute a territory plan of action (POA) and key account plans; ensure high quality of CRM discipline.
- Deliver clear, impactful, and compliant product messages to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with primary and secondary care clinics and customers, and other key stakeholders.
- Analyze performance, identify opportunities, and proactively anticipate competitive activities.
- Lead territory routines, share expertise, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understand hospital and clinic operations and contribute to designing multichannel customer journeys.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Business Economics, or a related field
- 2–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience or relevant experience in a comparable healthcare environment; several years of experience as a pharmaceutical representative is considered an advantage
- Experience working with Primary Care customers; hospital environment experience is considered an asset
- Fluent in Finnish and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills

- Strong digital proficiency, including confident use of CRM systems, digital platforms, remote engagement tools, hybrid formats, MS Office, and emerging AI-enabled solutions

- Strategic planner who prepares thoughtful pre-call plans and maximizes the impact of customer interactions
- Efficient and well organized, with strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

- Collaborative team player who builds open, honest, and cooperative relationships with customers, peers, and managers
- Demonstrates a strong learning mindset and the ability to quickly learn products, systems, and ways of working
- Operates with a clear compliance mindset and conducts all business in line with compliance and Business Conduct standards
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience within cardiovascular therapy area
- Knowledge of customer relationship management principles
- Experience in interacting with various disciplines and organizational levels
- Experience in project management
